Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Tunnel Ram (www.tunnelram.net). Because our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you when you place an order, we operate under a strict production and return policy. Please review our guidelines below before making a purchase.
⚠️ Damage, Misprints, & Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily make it right.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of receiving your package.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To file a claim, please email us at [Your Support Email Address] with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. Verified errors or manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded fully at our expense.
🛑 Change of Mind & Size Exchanges
Because every item on Tunnel Ram is custom-made to order immediately upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We highly recommend reviewing our size charts (available on each product page) carefully before placing your order.
If you choose to order a replacement item in a different size, it will be treated as a new purchase at your expense.
📦 Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
Incorrect Address: If you provide a shipping address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to our regional fulfillment hub. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once we verify an updated, valid address with you.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed at your local post office or customs hub will be sent back to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the package to yourself.
Note: Returned packages that remain unclaimed or unresolved at our hub for more than 30 days are automatically donated to charity.
📍 Return Mailing Address
Please do not mail any items back to our registered corporate business address in Australia. Tunnel Ram utilizes automated regional fulfillment networks across the United States and Australia.
If a package is undeliverable, it will automatically route back to the correct regional hub printing facility closest to you.
Always contact our support team first before attempting to mail an item back, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
🛡️ Hygiene & Regional Legal Notices
Hygiene Items: Due to health and safety standards, certain sealed apparel goods or face covers cannot be returned or reshipped if unsealed.
EU Consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, custom print-on-demand orders are non-refundable once production begins.
