To bring you the most unique designs efficiently, we use a print-on-demand fulfillment model. This means your items are custom-printed and tailored specifically for you the moment you place an order.

Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping processes, timelines, and costs.

⚙️ How It Works: Fulfillment vs. Shipping

Every order goes through two stages before it arrives at your door:

Fulfillment (Production): The time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your custom apparel. This typically takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping (Transit): The time it takes for the mail carrier to deliver the package from our regional fulfillment hub to your address.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

🌍 Estimated Shipping Timelines

We utilize localized fulfillment hubs in both the United States and Australia to ensure your order is printed as close to your delivery address as possible, reducing both shipping times and environmental impact.

United States Orders

Fulfillment Hub: Charlotte, North Carolina or Dallas, Texas.
Shipping Carrier: USPS / DHL eCommerce.
Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from checkout to your door.

Australian Orders

Fulfillment Hub: Melbourne, Victoria or Brisbane, Queensland.
Shipping Carrier: Australia Post.
Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
Total Delivery Time: 5–12 business days from checkout to your door.

🌐 International Orders (Rest of World)

Fulfillment Hub: Routed to the nearest available regional facility (US, Europe, or Canada).
Shipping Carrier: Local national postal services.
Estimated Transit Time: 5–15 business days depending on the destination country.
Total Delivery Time: 7–20 business days.

💰 Shipping Rates

All transactions on our store are processed in USD.

US Orders: Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 USD (or Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD if you choose to offer this).
Australian & International Orders: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location and the weight of the items.

📍 Tracking Your Order

The moment your item finishes production and is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from Tunnel Ram. This email will contain a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey in real-time.

⚠️ Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our primary US and Australian customers, orders are fulfilled domestically, meaning you generally will not incur customs or import duties. However, for international shipments outside of these zones, recipients are responsible for any destination customs fees, duties, or local taxes levied by their country.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking link has not updated in several days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 3 business days, please reach out to our support team immediately at [Your Support Email Address].

Please note: We must report packages lost in transit to our fulfillment partners within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to issue a free replacement.
